Made from 60% Oak and 40% Mesquite, our pellets are ground before pelleting to ensure each pellet contains the full recipe for a consistent flavor. Crafted from 100% pure Oak and Mesquite tree wood chips (not residual sawdust), these pellets include the bark and cambium layer, where the most flavor in the tree is found.
